Staff and location in the hotel were immaculate. Exceptionally good view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay.

Breakfast was savoury, staff was informative, place was fairly clean. My room was compact with an a decent size bathroom. Bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well.

Welcome base for exploring Kyoto. Staff was caring, pool area was excellent, and breakfast was absolutely superb! I loved that the room was quiet enough and came with climate control, Wi-Fi and two windows. Set in very vibrant area, restaurants and bars were near the hotel.

Everything was good, SUPER staff, prime location just off various attractions, Kawaramachi station, night life. I have just spent 3 days in double room and I liked it. They made my stay comfortable. Clean and brand-new hotel in Gion district.
